Welcome to wyd. By creating an account, joining a circle, or RSVP'ing to a hangout, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Who can use wyd

You must be at least 13 years old to use wyd. By using the app you confirm that the phone number you provide is yours and that the information you give us is accurate.

Your account

Your phone number is your identity on wyd. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. Keep access to your phone number secure, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use wyd to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
• Add people to circles or send invites in a way that is unwanted, deceptive, or unlawful.
• Post content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its security.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or put others at risk.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create on wyd. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the service — for example, showing your hangout to the circle you posted it to.

Notifications

wyd sends push notifications and one-time verification codes by SMS. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. You can manage push notifications in your device settings.

Service changes and availability

wyd is offered "as is." We are actively developing the app and may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, wyd is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. wyd helps you coordinate plans; we are not responsible for what happens at the hangouts themselves.

Termination

You may stop using wyd and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
